The Best Time to Drink Fresh Juices
The best time to drink fresh juices is on an empty stomach so as not
interfere with the digestive process. Drink fresh juices either one half hour
before or after meals or as between meal snacks. When you drink liquids
such as juices during meals, you interfere with the digestive process. Liquids
dilute our body's own digestive juices thereby diminishing its digestive
process. Furthermore, the highly concentrated sugars and starches contained in
fresh juices ferment in the digestive tract, while waiting for the food that we
have consumed to be digested - resulting in a multitude of digestive problems.
