By eating whole foods and incorporating fresh vegetable and fruit juices into your healthy lifestyle you will strengthen your body to defend against dangerous diseases. When you embark on your juicing program, within a few days, you will notice the vital signs of health. Your skin will glow, your hair will be shinier and your breath will smell fresher. These are all indications that you are on your way to vital health. Variety is the key, so make sure that you are getting a wide assortment of produce in your diet to protect yourself from nutritional deficiency.
